How many CFEs can successful graduates earn?

This online course has been approved by the Society of American Foresters (SAF) for 13.5 hours of Category 1-CF Continuing Forestry Education (CFE) credit. Each of the seven modules in the course has been evaluated for credit, so anyone who wishes to take only parts of the course can receive one-time credit for each module taken. Module CFE credits range from 0.5 hours to 4.0 hours. Anyone seeking CFE credits is expected to view all of the video material and/or avail themselves of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant alternatives and successfully complete the appropriate assessment quiz for each presentation in a module. Successful completion or attaining a passing score means answering correctly a majority of the questions per quiz. Your CFE certificate will be awarded via email. Your record of completion will be submitted to the SAF for inclusion in their electronic database and a separate database will be kept at UGA for verification as needed. There is an administrative fee for awarding CFEs. This fee is $10.00 per hour of CFE credit and $5.00 per half hour of CFE credit. Dr. Jackson will send payment information upon registration.
