Self-Paced Courses

HOLIDAY SEASON NOTICE: Registration for online courses in 2021 will end at 5:00 PM, Thursday, December 23. UGA is closed during the week between Christmas and New Years. To receive CFE credit for a given year, course assignments must be completed by December 23, 2021. Certificates will be issued when UGA reopens in January but will have the appropriate year completion dates on them. The University of Georgia may shut down the online learning environment for updates anytime between during the holiday break. Plan accordingly.

 

PLEASE NOTE: To satisfy the requirements of the Georgia State Board of Registration for Foresters, a maximum of 3 credit hours can be obtained by Registered Foresters through the below online courses and other approved Self-Study Programs. A minimum of 9 credit hours must be obtained through participation in Live-Study Programs.

This rule does not apply to loggers seeking credits to renew their Master Timber Harvester designation.
